PERMOBIL ANNOUNCES EXTENDED CUSTOMER SUPPORT HOURS
LEBANON, Tenn. (May 1, 2012) – Permobil, Inc. today announced that it would be extending its customer support hours.
Permobil customer support representatives will now be available from 7:00 AM C.D.T until 7:00 PM C.D.T. "With our continued growth and our commitment to remain the best customer service in the powered mobility industry, we will be extending our call center hours to better support our east coast and west coast customers as well as our South American customers" says Larry Jackson, CEO/President of North American Operations. "The new extended hours will make it easier for all time zones to speak with our very qualified Permobil Customer Support staff to place orders, submit service requests, place parts orders or resolve technical issues. As we continue to grow it is imperative that Permobil maintain the best in the industry customer support for our customers."
